The Hills Design Co. Hi and welcome to The Hills Design Co. Let's chat!

I strive to work with each client utilizing their ideas and input while incorporating my own professional touch to create a space that is curated, beautiful and functional.

Building or renovating comes with so many decisions: tile orientation, grout lines and color, outlet and switch placement, lighting layouts, cabinet design, hardware choices, paint colors, trim details, flooring direction, plumbing fixture finishes… the list goes on.

A designer helps simplify the choices, prevent costly mistakes, and keep the process smooth and stress-free. The result? A home that feels intentional, cohesive, and completely you.

If you’re dreaming of a home that feels thoughtful, elevated, and tailored to you, let’s start the conversation.

Moving is always bittersweet—it is hard to believe I only have 3 months left in Knoxville! If you’ve been thinking about working together in person, let’s make it happen before I go. I’d love to help bring your vision to life.

Progress shots are fun to see so here is a favorite from a Knoxville renovation that turned out to be an absolute show stopper!

We designed this room to function as a multitude of things- lounge, a music room, a nap room, a place to go at the end of the day and talk. What started with a white and empty space turned into this ✨

This room is maximalist at its best- I could spend hours in here looking at this family’s memories, vintage finds from Paris, stories about German plates from a loved one. Oh, I cannot forget the fish- he might be my favorite!

I’m always so grateful when clients trust the process and let me run a bit wild.

Replace controversial with interesting and you’ve got my design philosophy- don’t be boring, keep people curious.

More is more in our project, The Velvet Nocturne. Our goal was to achieve a cozy, moody maximalist design and carve out the perfect eclectic nook in what was once a white empty box.

Very excited to show you how this cool little lounge turned out!
