Did you know the direction you install your flooring can change how big or small a room feels? 🤯

- Running planks lengthwise (parallel to the longest wall) makes a room look longer and more open.
- Installing them horizontally across a narrow room can make it feel wider.
- Diagonal installation adds visual interest but uses more material and can increase cost.

It's one of those decisions that feels small but has a huge impact on the finished look. Most people don't even think to ask until after installation, so we're telling you now! 💡

Today we celebrating Jaime partially retiring from us. She will be moving to being remote and dealing more with the financial side of our business while Gail will handle the day to day part. She has worked for us for 8 years and helped us out tremendously. During this time she has also managed to take a concept and turn it into a full time side gig. She started Outsourced bookkeeping Solutions as an extra source of income for a single mom and now has proven if you put your mind to something and are willing to work hard you can do anything. We are very proud of the person she is and the mother she is to her children. Thank you for everything that that you have done and don’t forget that I still need help on the Christmas party.
