Thanks, James, for including Gator Hammock Gator Sauce inside the gift boxes that you recently launched.

Legacy Seasoning Co. has recreated the original Everglades Seasoning-Monkey Dust Seasoning that my generation sank our teeth into during the 60’s, 70s & early 80’s. Legacy’s proprietor, James Sheltra, grandson of Bill Gertsman (the creator, circa 1944 ) recently brought the original recipe & flavor back to life.
I highly recommend Legacy Seasoning, I don’t think you will regret it, if so drop it off at Gator Hammock for I will make good use of it.

Nothing against the newer version of Everglades Seasoning (circa early to mid to the late 1980’s) is made in Sebring, Florida now.
