Did this one a couple weeks ago. Added hardwood to two rooms to eliminate all the carpet on main floor. Sanded the existing prefinished floor theoughout the rest of the main level. Stained a custom mix color with 3 coats of Loba finish.

This one had it all. White oak living room that was cupping. Red oak kitchens that the dishwasher leaked on. Helped the customer with the insurance claim to have it all refinished. Stained weathered oak and 3 coats of Loba finish on top.
