Hi, I’m Rafaela, founder and lead organizer of Organize to Inspire.
I’m a small business owner, mom, wife, and home-organizing expert with a background in logistics and functional systems. My approach to organization was shaped over a decade ago through hands-on experience designing efficient systems and supporting companies in refining their workflows.
Along the way, my years as a professional volleyball player taught me discipline, structure, and consistency, values that guide everything I do. Every project I take on is rooted in intention, precision, and a deep understanding of how homes function in real life.
Organize to Inspire was founded four years ago with a clear mission: to help families create calm, functional, and beautiful homes that support real life. What started as a dream has grown into a trusted team known for thoughtful systems, attention to detail, and elevated design.
