NHBC Technical Guidance 9.2/06

Starting January 2025, all new homes built in the UK must comply with these requirements to qualify for an NHBC warranty:

- Magnesium oxide boards are prohibited.
- All substrates must be covered with a waterproof or tanking product, unless they are waterproof in their own right.
- Technical approvals, such as ETA certification, are mandatory.
