We were honored to celebrate the ribbon cutting of The LOFT, the new youth center for FOCUS Recovery and Wellness, alongside the Findlay - Hancock County Chamber of Commerce and so many community partners.

Designed as a safe, welcoming space for youth, supports mental health, recovery, and overall wellness, expanding Focus’s mission to serve individuals and families across Hancock County through peer-led programs and resources. Seeing this vision come to life and witnessing the impact it will have on young people in our community was truly meaningful for our team.

April marks World Landscape Architecture Month—a time to recognize the role of landscape architecture in shaping resilient, functional, and meaningful environments.

RCM is proud to highlight our at the “Virginia B. Gardner Healing Garden” at Blanchard Valley Health System’s Armes Family Cancer Care Center. The courtyard, tree-inspired art installation, and planting selection serves as a seasonal place of reflection for patients and families. This is a beautiful, functional, and meaningful design for those fighting their battle, every day throughout Findlay and Hancock County.

This year, and every year around the , we rock our wildest, brightest socks to celebrate , today!

Why socks and why March 21st?

Down syndrome is a genetic condition where someone has 3 copies of the 21st chromosome instead of the standard 2.….and chromosomes are shaped a bit like striped socks in a karyotype (a picture of our chromosomes, stained for viewing under a microscope). Wearing mismatched or colorful socks on 3/21 symbolizes that extra chromosome and uniqueness.

We celebrate Toby, son of RCM’s Associate, Amber Clason! We love his visits to , where he spreads light, joy, and love to all!

We’re proud of Debi for participating as a panelist with the Findlay-Hancock County Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership group last week, where she shared her experience and perspective on leadership and growth.

With this being the National Association of Women in Construction's "WIC Week," it’s a meaningful reminder of the importance of mentorship, representation, and strong professional networks.

We are forever grateful to partner with the Chamber and be part of these important conversations.

We join St. Michael the Archangel in celebrating 23 years for their Bright Road Church.

We are proud of our team, lead by the vision of Msgr. Hohenbrink, the St. Mike’s Parish, and the Toledo Diocese, for the work and dedication needed for this once-in-a-lifetime type of project.

It is impossible to count the blessings (or Sacraments) that have come about from this “new” Church and School campus!

RCM is excited to welcome Meghan Miller as an Architectural Designer.

Meghan recently earned her Master of Architecture from Bowling Green State University’s College of Engineering and Innovation, where her studies emphasized biophilic and sustainable design. Since joining RCM, she has been contributing to projects that serve our local communities, including proposed renovations for the Seneca County Museum, the Hancock County Treasurer’s Office, and First Citizens National Bank in Upper Sandusky.

Her interest in design, supporting both people and place, aligns naturally with RCM’s role as a community architect. Our firm works closely with clients to strengthen the civic, cultural, and economic fabric of the communities it serves.

We’re excited to have Meghan on the team and look forward to the perspective she brings to our work.

RCM is excited to welcome Debi Willard to our team as Business Manager.

Debi brings more than 20 years of senior management experience, including 15 years as Accountant and Business Manager for a local law firm and nearly a decade as a business owner. She also serves on the Findlay–Hancock County Chamber Advisory Board, reflecting her ongoing service and commitment to our local community.

Her experience in financial management and business operations provides a strong foundation to support RCM’s design work, clients, and long-term growth.

We are pleased to have Debi as part of our firm.
