Join us in store for the Polymorph Dyeworks trunk show going on now through Monday September 7th.

The trunk show includes both fingering/sock and DK weight yarn. And the colorways are just stunning. We have sold out of a few colorways at this point - but there is plenty of gorgeous yarn remaining.

This gorgeous Fluff from Polymorph Dyeworks is so soft to the touch. We cannot wait to work it up into a project. Dyed in five different tonals - we cannot pick our favorite. The Just Peachy colorway (top right) actually sold out already.

This yarn is a blown yarn - with a cotton fiber tube that has baby suri alpaca blown inside. Each 100g skein is approximately 328 yards.

Make sure you take a look the next time you stop by. This yarn is visiting until Monday September 7th.

A few months ago we grabbed a skein of this neon tweed yarn from Polymorph Dyeworks. We found the perfect project for this yarn - a pair of vanilla socks to show off the gorgeous tweedy bits. And since the tweed glows in the dark with a black light - we grabbed an Emma’s Yarn Practically Perfect small in the colorway You Glow Girl - and we made a fun, glow in the dark sock!

We have just a few skeins of this fun yarn available in the Polymorph Dyeworks trunk show. And the sock is also visiting us for a short while to show off this fun yarn.

Join us in store for a trunk show with Polymorph Dyeworks. This gorgeous yarn was dyed in small batches in Virginia and we fell in love with all of them as we pulled them out to display them.

You may know Polymorph Dyeworks from various fiber festival. We love their yarn - and are thrilled to host them in store once again.

This photo was taken at the start of the trunk show. We tend to sell out of popular colorways early. Last time we sold the Blacksburg Bound colorway the first day of the trunk show.

When we first worked with Universal Yarn Bamboo Pop Sock we knew the yarn was special. The blend of Bamboo, Cotton and Nylon work up into a project with tons of drape. So for this special yarn we needed a special project - which is why we made Tamdou by Melanie Berg. We grabbed three colors - Fern, Treebark and Rosemary - and we love the end result. This is a shawl you will want to grab and feel the drape of the fabric.

I spent the other day doing a little project planning. This is the yarn for the Starmaker shawl by Cally Monster. The yarn from Robin’s Promise is going to look absolutely stunning. The Study in Teal mini set and either the Winter’s Solstice Black Ice or Night Flight main color are going to sing in this pattern. I just need to pick which main color I will be using.
