Condition: Overall in excellent, great shape! The tabletop and frame are sturdy and well-cared for.

Note on Condition: There is one small spot on the fabric/finish of a single chair (see photo for detail). It's very minor and doesn't affect the use or overall beauty of the set, but I want to be completely transparent!
