Pesto Chicken Pizza
Richard and I like a quick and simple meal after church, like pizza.
An artisan pizza crust topped with pesto sauce, rotisserie chicken, onions, mushrooms and fresh mozzarella.
Baked until bubbly and golden.
Drizzle with Pesto Olive oil and fresh basil to finish it off.

I love a simple dessert. Last night we cut up a peach and softened it in a little butter and cinnamon in the skillet.
