New outdoor living area we did with in Hideaway Lake Estates Picayune, MS. Front porch, screened porch, walkways, and elevated deck. The walkway and deck brought about several obstacles we had to overcome. The walkway is hiding a cinder block retaining wall and the deck is covering a block storage room. Lots of collaborative work between all parties to make this happen.

Before and after of a quick little update we did for We added some rustic touches by changing out the mantel, adding a timber box beam cased opening, and floating shelves. This minor modification has really changed the looks in these rooms!

This was the highlight of our week. Judging the work of our future carpenters on behalf of the Northshore Home Builders Association. There is certainly a lot of talent with these young men and women. We can’t wait to do this again next year!

Job we recently completed in cypress posts and truss on the front porch with hardware from beams and 1x inside. The is a ridge and rafters with 1x. We built on the ceilings above the to cover the lvls from framing and installed 1x on the sloped ceilings as accent.

This has been such a fun project for some fantastic customers in . They wanted something different, so we collaborated ideas. Here’s the result. Cypress post and beam front porch with two hammer trusses. The living has three raised tie cypress trusses with decorative accent hardware. Post and beams separating the the kitchen and dining from the living. To top it off, pine beam bunkbeds for their grandchildren that will also have additional hardware and ladders.
