My name is Elisabetta Conticini. I was born and raised in Florence, Italy. Growing up in Florence, my father owned a small food market shop for over 40 years, he baked bread, sweets, and pizza. I moved to California at later years; till now, I still smell the earthy aroma of freshly baked pastries my father used to make, and has inspired me to develop a great passion to bake and recreate my home t
