I'm up on the Lori Whitlock blog today, sharing a tutorial for this incredibly detailed 3D Graduation Bouquet. It's the perfect centerpiece or 3d keepsake for the graduate in your life! I went with University of Michigan colors, because that's where my graduate is headed in the fall. 🎓

I created this layout for a sketch challenge in the gallery. Each week, they post several challenges. It's a great starting point if you feel like you are stuck in a creative rut. I decided to create my own plaid background with paper strips. I created a photo collage and fit 4 pictures on one 4x6" photo. All of the paper, ephemera and stickers are from . ❤

Hello, crafty friends! Today I'm sharing a brand new file and layout for the Design Team. This May release is called "Grad Mortarboard," and it is perfect for any graduate you may have in your life. I cut this file in black and green cardstock. Then I cut an offset in white and a larger offset in gold glitter. I used a combination of papers and embellishments from . My oldest daughter, Lauren, is graduating from high school over Memorial Day weekend. We gathered her friends and did a grad photoshoot the week before the big day, before all of the chaos. I was able to include 3 3x4" photos and one small 2.5" square photo. I wanted this layout to feel like a graduation cake, and the cutfile is the perfect cake topper!

This week is Ali Edward’s A Week in the Life. I’ve been doing this project for several years now. What I’ve noticed year after year is that life gets busier, and I take less and less of the “everyday life” photos. The details. The mundane routines. Honestly, this is probably one of the craziest weeks to add this to my list. We have had nonstop senior events before graduation. But it’s making me slow down here and there, noticing the details. My album will not come together for a few weeks, and that’s ok. I hope to share it soon! Take the photographs. 📷

I filmed an unboxing of newest collection: Adventure Awaits. I’ll be designing with it very soon! If you know me, you know that being on camera is way out of my comfort zone. But I’ve had a lot of requests, so I’m trying to put on a brave face! 🏕️

Hello, crafty friends! Today I'm sharing a layout for the Design Team. I used a new Pearscription file called "What a Trip." I used papers and embellishments from the Summer Fun collection. I began by cutting the file in dark blue cardstock with a yellow offset. I cut the file again in pink for the letters and white dot for the geotag. I added a 3" photo in the center of the geotag. I stuck with the circle theme for my photos and accents. This past March, our family embarked on a dolphin excursion during our cruise. We had a very playful group of dolphins, and it was fun to see them interact and perform for us. I hope this layout inspires you to use a cutfile to document a trip today!
