Renovating an existing bathroom doesn't have to break the bank. For this guest bath, luxury vinyl plank flooring provides waterproof surface for the floor. A frameless sliding glass door made for a modern update to a shower curtain. Fabricated stone was used to give a fresh update to the bathtub's facade. Some wainscoting and a new toilet really helped to liven up the space. A custom marble vanity top and new shaker doors allowed me to utilize the existing base cabinet. A large porcelain vessel sink and waterfall faucet add an element of beauty and function. A new elongated medicine cabinet and some creatively situated floating shelves provide plenty of additional storage space. An accent wall with reclaimed wood wallpaper, and lastly a new light fixture really transformed this bathroom without having to tear down walls.

Italian porcelain tile with carved out niche for storage. Polished marble stone flooring with sand colored grout recreates the experience of standing on a beach. Nebia water conserving, height adjustable, shower head with hand-held wand. Floor to ceiling low iron glass traps the steam to provide a true spa experience. Wainscoting and a water conserving Kohler toilet, and a large medicine cabinet help to complete this bathroom remodel.

Whitewashed reclaimed wood offers a beautiful backdrop to this built in bathroom vanity remodel. Oversized deep cylinder vessel sinks give plenty of wash space, while keeping water from the waterfall faucets in the sink, and off the marble counter top. Marine dock hooded cage lanterns add a nautical feel and provide plenty of working light. Floating wood shelves give a nice finishing touch by providing more storage space while fluidly blending with the backdrop. A new frosted glass door adds a modern touch to further freshen up the space.

Whitewashed reclaimed wood sets the perfect backdrop for this rustic coastal bedroom. Bedding in a mixture of patterns and solids, in neutral gray and soft white tones, works beautifully against the natural wood tones of the furniture. A pair of distressed cage light lamps compliment the room's rustic styling, and a custom made solid wood airplane propeller serves as an interesting art addition, placed above the headboard. Wrought iron hardware and a bypass barn door track, frame white 3-panel slab doors offering a fresh updated look, while providing good coverage to the large closet opening, replacing outdated bi-fold doors.

Whitewashed reclaimed wood sets the perfect backdrop for this rustic coastal guest bedroom. Bedding in a mixture of patterns and solids, in neutral gray and soft white tones, works beautifully against the natural wood tones of the furniture. A pair of distressed cage light lamps compliment the room's rustic styling, and a custom made solid wood airplane propeller serves as an interesting art addition, above the headboard. A ceiling fan light fixture with solid driftwood blades adds an element of beauty and function to the space, complimening the tone of the distressed wide plank floor. An oversized floating shelf serves as the perfect media stand for a wall mounted television, freeing up the floor. A styled bench in the corner provides a designated space for extra pillows and throws, and seating for guests to put on or remove shoes.
