One hue, many moods.

This month’s flatlay proves that staying within one color family does not mean a space must fall flat. There is contrast within the hue’s sheen, texture, translucency, and light, creating a monochromatic palette that feels layered and far from mundane.

Because one color story can still have plenty to say, and we will happily make that our design hill to lounge on.

June’s Calm Cerulean has an ephemeral quality we love.

It feels translucent, yet expansive, and a little escapist, like the moment you stare out at the ocean long enough to mentally book a trip you may or may not take.

In interiors, that feeling can translate beautifully through frosted or fluted glass, sheer window treatments, acrylic furniture, or glass pieces that keep a space feeling open, layered, and light. It offers a softer way to create separation without making a room feel closed off.
