📦 A little life update from Crafbit Workshop

Many of you have messaged us recently asking about projects, orders, and when the shop will be back up and running, so we wanted to share a quick update.

This past year has been a busy one for our family. Between Army training, WOCS, six months of WOBC, and now preparing for another PCS move, the workshop has unfortunately had to stay quiet while we focused on the next chapter of our military journey. Because of the upcoming move and transition, we won’t be taking any new orders for the time being while we pack up equipment, tools, and the shop itself over the next several weeks. For those who have supported Crafbit Workshop over the years.. THANK YOU.

From custom plaques and flags to patches and MANY one off projects, every order meant a lot to our family and helped grow something we started right out of the garage. This isn’t goodbye to the workshop, just a temporary pause while life does what military life does best… move us somewhere new. Once we get settled and the machines are back up and running, we’ll share more updates.

We truly appreciate everyone who has supported Crafbit Workshop along the way.

This one was built for a member of the JTAC community, and it turned into one hell of a project.
Oak wood frame, folded flag, coins, ribbons, rank, and patches, every piece carefully mounted and sealed for a lifetime of protection.

Every detail in here represents deployments, qualifications, and years of service that mean the world to the person receiving it. We just had the honor of putting it all together.

Wrapped up this 24x24 custom plaque for the 62nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at JBLM. Detailed build, but still only took up half the bed on our laser 😂

They came to us with a solid design and clear vision, and we brought it to life exactly as requested, no extras, just clean craftsmanship and solid work.

Things have slowed down a bit lately, which honestly might be a good thing. Thinking about shifting focus and putting more time into the bigger projects and long-term clients. If you’ve got something unique in mind or a bulk run for your unit or business, now’s the time to reach out.

🛠️ BACK IN BUSINESS ⚒️

After a short pause for one of the biggest career moves of my life, officially making the jump from NCO to Warrant Officer, we’re back in the shop and firing on all cylinders! 🎯

Before stepping away, we had the honor of crafting 7 custom plaques for the NCOA, each one a tribute to leadership, legacy, and the grind it takes to get there. These weren’t just plaques, they were stories in wood, metal, and acryic meant to last just like the impact those NCOs made. 🔥

We appreciate everyone’s patience during this transition, we’re locked back in and ready to create for your next farewell, promotion, or unit morale piece.

In preparation for upcoming military training, Crafbit Workshop will not be accepting new orders until mid/late July.

This wasn’t just a shadow box… it became a full-blown piece of art and furniture.

What started as a simple concept evolved into one of the most detailed and heavy-duty builds we’ve ever done. From the custom-cut frame to the epoxy work, uniform layout, badge placements, and deep engravings, every piece was placed with purpose.

We went back and forth on the layout more times than we can count. There were long nights, lots of sawdust, and a few creative battles, but the end result is something we’re incredibly proud of.

We’ve been off the radar for a bit, but it’s because we’ve been working on something special. Check out our new 3D wavy flags, built with JBLM units in mind. Each one features your unit’s insignia embedded into the wood, layered for a bold, dimensional look.

We also tucked in a subtle Easter egg, Mount Rainier in the background, tying each piece to home. To top it off, we’re using acrylic stand-offs for extra depth and framing it all up for a clean, professional finish.

These are perfect for unit gifts, retirements, or command offices. If your unit needs something custom, let’s make it happen.

Just in time for Christmas the week before Christmas for a few lucky ppl. 🎄 We turned our best-selling Puget Sound map into a beautiful layered ornament featuring the JBLM area.

75 Custom Ornaments Complete! 🎄✨

We’re excited to share this project for the 29th Hospital Center Command Team. These ornaments feature layered cedar backings with acrylic inlays on the front and engraved holiday messages on the back, perfect for showing appreciation this holiday season.

Projects like this remind us why we love what we do, bringing designs to life with precision and care!

🎄 Holiday Orders Are Wrapping Up! 🎄

We’re putting the final touches on this year’s holiday orders and couldn’t be more grateful for your support! As we prepare to close out the season, we’re also working hard on new inventory for the remaining Christmas markets and looking ahead to the 2025 Spring Markets 🌸.
