Are you torn between purchasing a new construction home or a resale home? New construction homes don’t have a definitive date of completion. The builder will provide an approximate date but it’s not always accurate. If new construction is important to you, you will need to be patient if anything changes. If you can’t wait or need to move immediately, consider a resale home that is fairly new. A resale home will meet your needs if you are on a deadline.

Everyday, I choose 3 things that I am grateful for. Today one of those 3 things is for every individual in my life that has served in the US military. From my Uncle Samuel to my brothers-in-law to my friends to my colleagues, I thank you. You have seen things, heard things and felt things that no one should ever feel. We are blessed by your willingness to sacrifice yourself for others. 🙏 And most importantly, for every soldier that you called friend and every person that had your back on the battlefield that isn’t here today, I unite with you as we collectively honor them today. Their heroic acts will never be forgotten. ❤️

Shenanigans with my son! 🙌

One of the best parts of being a real estate professional is that I can bring him to work with me sometimes! I stayed home with my son for many years but now I get to do something I’m passionate about without always having to sacrifice time spent with him. ❤️

On this day, we were exploring a greenway which is one of many interconnected walking paths in Charlotte. The paved path means we can walk worry free but still enjoy the beauty of nature. Just one more reason that Charlotte is a great city to live in! 👏

💥💥💥UNDER CONTRACT!!! 💥💥💥 Congratulations to my client on going under contract! She stayed true to her wish list no matter what and I couldn’t be happier for her! In real estate, we often say that you only get 80% of what you want in a home and 20% of what you have to live with. But this particular client didn’t settle! Now onto the closing table!

It required a lot of numerical data and time to figure out how to showcase this info in a way that didn’t put my YouTube viewers to sleep! 🤣 Well apparently it was worth the push through. It’s my most viewed video (link in bio) on my YouTube channel! 🙌 Goes to show that the best rewards sometimes require the highest sacrifice.
