A TRULY SATISFIED CUSTOMER...

From the moment we walked in the front door at the store, we were met with 100% Courtesy and Professionalism. Their selection was impressive and our salesman, Earl, was knowledgeable, helpful and eager to make sure we got the floor we were looking for. In fact, after we got into the discussion and saw the selection, we did not even get a second estimate somewhere else. We were just that happy with what we found there.

When the sale was made and the discussion turned to installation, Earl said he would make sure we got the best installers to make the project turn our right. He did just that.

Lee and Lyle came into our home and made sure everything was done just as we wanted. They were prompt, courteous, precise, meticulous and fun to work with. (We even stopped everything and had Brownies and Ice Cream one afternoon.) They were great.

We would score the whole experience as
“a 12 on a 10 scale".
