Some homes are renovated.
Others are completely reimagined.
High above the Gulf in Naples Cay, The Seasons Penthouse began not with finishes, but with demolition.
Originally built in 2002, this 11,698-square-foot penthouse was taken back to its framework before every space was thoughtfully reimagined. Architecture, interiors, lighting, materials, and furnishings were orchestrated into a residence designed for the way we live today.
For sixteen months, every decision balanced modern luxury with timeless restraint—honoring the home’s remarkable location while transforming the experience within.
Five bedrooms.
Six-and-a-half baths.
More than 11,600 square feet of interior living.
This was never about following trends.
It was about creating a residence that feels effortless today and enduring for decades to come.

Congratulations to Hailey Vargas on receiving a 2026 Seaglass Award in the Traditional/Transitional Foyer category.
Featured in Florida Design Magazine, this award-winning foyer was created for the Laguna Model at Palisades Community. The space sets the tone for the residence with layered coastal photography, organic textures, natural warmth, and a refined sense of arrival.
A wonderful recognition of Hailey’s talent and the collaboration and craftsmanship behind the project.

At this Restorative Residence in Quail West, wellness is not a feature — it is the organizing principle of every room. Wood slat walls chosen for how they settle the eye. Natural finishes selected for how they calm the nervous system after a long day. A private garden positioned where the first light of morning reaches it. The architecture of a life lived with complete intention.
