Highly organized and proficient in a busy customer service office. Must know Quickbooks and be able to work with shop staff, customers and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
Previous Glass and Window experience preferred.
Will be responsible for ordering materials and supplies, scheduling of service crews , customer relation and follow up after service.
Must know how to use a measuring tape and have a good understanding of math.
Ability to problem solve and multi-task is key.
Computer skills are a must. Previous AR/AP experience in bookkeeping is required.
No criminal record. Drug free workplace.
Professional appearance and be on time.
Job is 8-5 Monday-Friday
Pay based on experience.
