JM Supply is an electrical and HVAC Supply house. We have been serving the Fort Smith area since 1991. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, organized, dependable delivery drivers to become a part of our Warehouse team.

responsibilities- Complete deliveries in a timely manner, Stock shelves, unload trucks using forklift.

Qualifications- Clean driving record, High school diploma or GED, reliable transportation.

This is a Summer job with potential to be year round.

Schedule- Monday-Friday 8 A.M.-5 P.M.

JM Supply is an electrical and HVAC Supply house. We have been serving the Fort Smith area since 1991. We are currently looking for an accounts receivable and collection Clerk.

Job responsibilities- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
Creates invoices and runs monthly statements.

Required skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs.
Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, and copier.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience-High school diploma or GED required.
At least one year of related experience required.
