Experienced, licensed and insured flooring team looking to install your new luxury vinyl, laminate, engineered or hardwood floor. Floating or glue down. We are professional in our work, customer service, and appearance. Best pricing on the Emerald Coast - guaranteed! or we will beat any other written estimate from any licensed and insured company by $100. We bid a very simple $100.00 overhead/ job fee plus $1.00/ square foot for a vinyl plank floating floor on a prepped subfloor. We are also happy to do removal of your current flooring, install stairs, transitions, 1/4 round trim, bathrooms etc. There will be no surprises. We guarantee the best price on the Emerald Coast without sacrificing quality. Your cost will be defined, and held to, before we start.

Another happy customer! $3,000 all in included materials, removal and prep of old staircase, labor, finishwork and trash haul away. Solid wood staircase, new risers, custom threashold at top. Stained, polyurethaned, caulked and painted. CRAZY angles at landings!

HOW MANY BUSINESSES CAN SAY THIS: OUR PRICING HASN'T CHANGED IN OVER 7 YEARS. Our pricing has been, and continues to be consistent- even with EVERYTHING nearly double the price in the past 7-8 years!

Pricing for luxury vinyl plank (lvp) or laminate plank, which is by far the most common types of flooring today is as follows:
$100 job fee plus...
$.50/ sq ft to remove carpet or laminate/ vinyl plank/ sheet vinyl AND PREP floors (free if you have it perfectly prepped - existing. 1/4 round trim and nails, tack strips, etc removal included.
$3/sq ft to remove tile if needed.
$1.00/ sq ft to lay prepadded, floating vinyl plank on a flat prepped, clean, ready, floor. (By far the most common flooring today) Laminate is 1.50/sq ft.
$25/ doorway the new floor touches.
Bathrooms have a $250 add on charge if toilets have to be removed and replaced. Just 100 extra if no toilets in the way.
$100/bag of leveler if needed (generally only needed if tile comes up).
$1/ linear foot to install 1/4 round trim. We do not paint or caulk- please keep this in mind.
Furniture in the unit will cost 1.5x whatever the job price comes out to generally... less if it is light furniture, more if it is loaded with items.
Transitions are free
Underlayment laying is free
Moving a stove, fridge, washer, drier is free... anything else is 1.5 times the job cost as furniture slows us way down.

That is it. You can pretty much bid your own job from this formula. It is exactly what we use to bid jobs. Materials are customer responsibility.

Tax season is upon us. It is generally a slower time for us until April 15th, when suddenly we become booked 3 weeks out or more. Mention this post and receive 10% off professional installation if you book before April 15th. Military and first responders receive an additional 5% off.

Found someone cheaper to install your floors? Saved 500.00 on installation. Wasted 2000.00 in material to do it all over... plus more cost in labor to do it right. Should have done it right the first time.

Don't trust your investment in materials to a handyman/ Jack of all trades or your own skills after watching a few youtube videos. Hire an expert. We ONLY do hard surface flooring. No carpet. No tile. We are experts in plank flooring. We have the experience and tools to do it right. Glue down, nail down, and floating. Trust your local expert. It will save you money and heartache!

Real hardwood (nail down, glue down etc generally runs $3- $4.50 / sq ft depending on wood thickness, plank size, etc.

A standard staircase generally runs about $1000.00 or more as there is generally a lot of prep work needed.
