Hi there! I know it’s been a super long time since I’ve posted, but I wanted to give everyone a little life update. Generally, you don’t see me much through the summer as I am camping, but this summer has been hell.

On July 1st, our son, Brian, was headed home on his motorcycle when a car pulled out and he hit it, killing him instantly. It was his 21st birthday, he just got done getting new tires on his bike, and he was headed home to take a nap before going into his third shift job.
Brian was our breath of fresh air. He was extremely responsible, funny, and the most family oriented 21 year old you’ve ever met. Our hearts are shattered. We miss him every minute of everyday. Life doesn’t seem real right now, and we feel like we are just floating in our existence.

In honor of B, we are setting up a foundation that can help other families that experience a loss like ours in the future. It will be known as the BForever21 Foundation.

Sadly, two weeks later, one of his riding buddies was in an accident at the same location. Spencer is pulling through, but has a long journey ahead of him. Our foundation is going to help families like Spencer’s family and ours alike. Whether it’s helping pay for a funeral, or helping the family financially while their child heals. (We were lucky enough to have enough funds to donate some DoorDash GCs to his family and donate towards his GoFundMe)

And this past weekend, one of our camping friends lost their life of only 48 years to cancer. (I can say F**k Cancer, can’t I?)

So it’s been a summer of sadness. It seems like everyone around us has been touched by some kind of loss. And I hate that. Life. Just. Isn’t. Fair. Hug those that you love.

With that being said, we are coming up on a vacation to Florida that’s been planned for years. I am still here, slowly getting back into my routine of making things. I do have a ton of premade tumblers at Tazza Café for sale if you’re in the market! However, I don’t have the energy to be doing any fall/holiday markets as of now.

I was able to source some humanly sourced bones from a farmer friend. These were animal rescues that passed away on his farm and left in the back field to naturally decompose.

So of course I had to make a few bone chimes. I made one for myself, one for the farmer and one for my mom. And then I made this very special one to see if there is any interest.

The bones are hung from a downed tree limb with thick clear line. Between each bone is a set of clear/crystalized & pearl beads. The bones on this are from sheep, goats and a mini-horse and all naturally decomposed. The top of the branch features mini handmade mushrooms, a handmade amethyst bunch and a handmade gnome. All hung from jute twine.

This baby will go for 💲2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. I refuse to ship her (sorry!). Perfect for any earthy folks, witchy folks or those (like myself) that collects oddities. Pricing this chime has been hard. I’ve searched the internet and have seen NOTHING like this - but found some more basic ones from $140-$400. So I feel $200 is a very fair price. 🥰
