We are happy and pleased to have partnered with the City of Fort Wayne Government on the release of the North River Site Request for Qualifications which showcases an activated Mixed-Use district filled with housing, parking garages, a hotel, retail and restaurant spaces anchored by an 160,000 square foot +/- athletic Fieldhouse. These concept renderings and site plans were created as tools for the City to market this remarkable 30 acre site that sits within the heart of downtown Fort Wayne to future master developers. We are thrilled to see where this project leads and what economic developments this will bring to Fort Wayne!

Yesterday afternoon we had the privilege of helping cut the ribbon on Headquarters as the Lead Architects on this tremendous project. This is a project we have loved seeing come to life and dramatically change the skyline of downtown Fort Wayne. Thanks to all the design teams involved!

Today Foster Park Pavilion #3 was officially re-opened! This particular project was something that took years in the making. We are happy to have brought this 1930’s WPA park pavilion back to its original glory! Many thanks to Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation, Friends of the Parks and South West Area Partnership for your collaboration!

We’re elated to introduce our latest architectural and interiors project: GK Cafe and Provisions. This newly renovated 2,400 SF space features Grace Kelly Baked Goods newest endeavor: GK Cafe and Provisions which opened shop late this past week. The new cafe + small scale market displays a variety of freshly baked pastries, breads, coffee and gelato. While serving as a cafe in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne, GK Cafe also fulfills a need within the area with fresh produce, staple foods, local delicacies from Fort Wayne and Northern Indiana, and various toiletries. Welcome to the neighborhood !

Some recent shots of our newly finished project for the National Headquarters located in Syracuse, IN. With the completion of this project the team can now enjoy new office spaces, a newly designed lobby, large lounge, separate breakout spaces for seminars and private meetings and outdoor collaboration spaces.

Progress of restoring Foster Park Pavilion #3 continues! This open-air, stone pavilion dates back to the 1930's and was a project under the Federal Works Progress Administration. We're excited to see its progress and for Foster Park and surrounding neighborhoods to enjoy its original beauty.
