Another custom build wrapped up 🔧

After my coworker and I completed this ramp for a trailer, I couldn’t help but imagine it being used the same way as a bridge — built to carry weight, stay rigid, and handle real-world abuse without flexing or failing. Strong structure, clean welds, and practical design all working together to get the job done right.

Another repair back on the road 🔧

This client brought me their trailer after the jack leg snapped off — it happened when the trailer was pulled without lifting the jack first. In the photos below you can see the full process: cutting away the damaged jack leg, cleaning up the mounting area, and welding on a new replacement so it’s solid and functional again. The trailer is now safe to hook up, unhook, and use like it should be.

Another job knocked out 💪

After a customer had a brand-new driveway installed, he noticed one of the carport posts was starting to run away due to the new concrete layout. He gave me a call to get it fixed the right way.

I added a new steel base plate anchored directly into the concrete and extended the existing post to bring everything back square, solid, and properly supported. Now the carport is tied in correctly and ready to last.
