So sorry I’ve been MIA this month 😂 Whew… between being sick, finding out I had a vitamin D deficiency, and depression trying to kick my butt, your girl has NOT felt the least bit social during Mindful May 😭😂

But babyyyy, I finally took some time to focus on ME and I’m starting to feel like my old self again 🥹✨ Not 100% yet, but we’re getting there 😝

Thank yall for still rocking with me while I disappeared for a little minute. Sometimes you really gotta slow down and pour back into yourself 💛
