I don’t often make such a personal ask, but this one matters deeply to me.

The historic flooding of the White River has damaged businesses, displaced families and destroyed homes and irreplaceable belongings. Insurance may eventually help some, but many do not have adequate—or any—flood coverage. They need our help now.

That is why local businesses came together to create Hope for Hamilton County. A Cut Above Catering, Tommy Baldwin, Cowboy J, Jim Cerone, Mustard Seed Gardens and a growing list of sponsors and volunteers are donating their time, talents, products and services to keep expenses to a minimum.

Because of their generosity, our goal is for at least 90% of the money raised to directly support those affected through the Hamilton County Community Foundation’s Hamilton County Relief Fund.
Please join us Monday, August 31, by purchasing a ticket or table. If you cannot attend, any donation will make a difference.

Let’s remind our neighbors that they are not facing this alone. Please buy a ticket, donate or share this post.

When neighbors are hurting, you show up.

Hope for Hamilton County began with a simple conversation among local business owners: “How can we help?”

As longtime members of the hospitality and event community, we decided to do what we know best—gather people around the table, create a meaningful evening, and bring our community together for a purpose.

The recent flooding overwhelmed homes, businesses, roads, and infrastructure throughout Hamilton County. Many of our neighbors are now facing devastating losses and an uncertain road ahead.

Insurance may eventually help, but claims and assessments take time. The need is happening right now.

That is why local businesses and vendors are donating their time, talents, products, and services to make Hope for Hamilton County possible. By keeping event expenses as low as we can, more of the money raised can go directly toward helping those affected by the flooding.

Proceeds will be distributed through the Hamilton County Community Foundation to help provide relief where it is needed most.

For Rusted Window, this evening is about much more than creating a beautiful space. It is about showing up, pitching in, and reminding our neighbors that they are not facing this alone.

Please join us, become a sponsor, volunteer, or simply share this post. Every ticket, donation, helping hand, and share matters.
