haven't posted here in quite sometime, but here goes.......
got a big pot on the stove boiling chicken to make some of Paula Dean's " The Lady's chicken noodle soup".....it's a little bit of work prepping everything, but it is worth the effort......mighty good stuff!!!

tonight's supper......1 1/2" thick braised pork chops with fried sweet potatoes and steamed cauliflower with mustard sauce and cheddar........mighty good......that chop was moist and tender and delicious!!
