Attention Decorating by Lindsey Followers!! Long post sorry, but it’s worth it, so bear with me.

I have an idea! If you know me well you know I say I have an idea 💡 often. So, here is my idea. I’m in so many of your homes all the time. This is how the conversation goes. I have this “fill in the blank” and I don’t want it anymore, or I don’t have room for it, or I want something different and I want to get rid of it. Then I say, well why don’t you sell it? The clients response always is, I don’t have time for that, I’m not good at that, I don’t know what to price it at, and lastly the most common, I JUST WANT IT OUT OF MY HOUSE.

First of all not everything that I’m trying to get rid of for the client is “Lindsey Approved” to sell.

What does it mean to be “Lindsey Approved” you ask? It needs to be current trend or a timeless piece. Not cheap, and you can just get it anywhere. Then you would just go on Facebook Marketplace. Most of the time you need to search a long time to find those gold gems 💎. What I can do if you all are interested is post on my page the “Lindsey Approved” items for sale. These will be all gold gems in my eyes that I feel all my followers would love to grab and use in your own home or space.

I may have to have those tough conversations, with those grandparent hand me downs that some people think are a great piece. In that event I will have to let you know that I just don’t think it’s “Lindsey Approved”.

The dynamic of how this goes may switch up a bit in the future depending on how this goes. I’m always up for new adventures, so let’s see what happens.

Your very first “Lindsey Approved” item is a console table from West Elm, gold and glass and in great shape. This is also a very sturdy piece, and there is a matching nightstand if someone wanted that also. This would look great in a living room or entryway.

Before/After Family Room!
Clients main request: I want to finally have a grown up room!
They renotated their kitchen and it’s gorgeous, but the flow into the family room doesn’t match. Her exact words today were I could have never have done this myself! The ambiance in this room is right on! I’m all about the perfect lighting. I hope you all love it also .💕

Backyard Before/After Oasis! This project started in April and because of the lovely wait times of shipping and products it took until now to complete. Thankfully she was so easygoing and understanding that she was a treat to work with. There are still two areas almost finished that I will reveal soon. I was too excited to not post what was finished. This client loves their country and Red/White/Blue is theme.

HELLO HELLO 👋🏻 I’m still here! I have been quiet for awhile but still decorating and shopping like crazy! I have had some life changes which have been occupying a lot of my time. My kids and I are great! They are about to start school soon which I can’t say I’m not excited about. We are ready for routine and structure. Mama needs to work without feeding you food every 20 minutes, yelling at you to stop yelling at video games, and no you can’t have a popsicle at 10am. All my clients have been super patient with me and I’m ready to kick it into gear. Get ready for some more Before/After pictures coming soon.
