This was the only picture I remembered to snap of the hutch last night, but I need to say thank you! All of the watches, likes, shares, and purchases are so important and so appreciated! It was a great first show back after vacation, and I can’t wait to see y’all again Thursday night at 10.

For now, the house is clean, dinner is over, and I’m headed to the couch to doze while Serena watches The Little Mermaid for the 500th time this week.

Tomorrow I’m off to pickup a gorgeous piece of furniture for my house, which ~technically~ isn’t souring, so I’m still sticking to my promise. Right?

Today’s open house was wildly successful for all of us over at the cottage! Thank you to everyone who liked, commented, shared, and shopped! Doors will reopen tomorrow at 12 for round two.

After a month on the road followed by a week working on my booth, and still no AC - I’m absolutely pooped.

Tonight’s Instagram sale has been postponed and will now happen tomorrow night (Sunday) at 8pm EST. Please don’t hate me. I just need an evening to couch rot. 🙃

To make it up to everyone, shipping will be capped at $15 no matter how much you order. I’ll see y’all then in stories!

I’ve made a promise to my husband that’s going to be hard to keep… unless y’all help a girl out. 😬

I told him I wouldn’t source again until I sell down 2/3 of my inventory. & I have a LOT. My garage, office, and storage unit are all stuffed like a thanksgiving turkey.

So for the next two days instead of shopping for smalls I’ll be sorting my death-piles.

What will Monday night’s show bring? Your guess is as good as mine! What I can promise is that it’ll be all $5 starts & max shipping! Any requests?

Once my hutch is styled and ready for Monday night I’ll circle back to show it off.

My little corner of the cottage is officially ready for fall open house! 🍂🤎🎃

I’m so honored to have been chosen as a vendor in such an inspiring place, and I really try hard to bring my all to my space. I have always adored Faded Cottage, so to be a small part of it now feels very surreal. I hopped around and got some pictures of some of my favorite displays Paige has worked her b***y off on this week. Don’t y’all love them as much as I do? Anywho -

It was a long day that turned into a scary evening when a tornado touched down nearby. My little darling girl and I hid out in the bathroom for half an hour waiting for the storms to pass. I’m so thankful we were able to walk out with our lives tonight and that the shop was untouched. A true blessing.

She was so tired when we left tonight that she fell asleep with her little fingers gripping her drive-thru cheeseburger. She’s “baby” as she likes to say.

One more sleep and we’ll all get to be standing in line when the doors open to rush in and grab some goodies! Happy fall open house, y’all!

Our AC unit just kicked the can in the middle of a heat wave. It’s 104 outside and 93 inside. Yuck. I’ve packed my kiddo and I a cooler and we’re headed to work on my booth. Partly because I’m super excited to work on it, mostly to escape the fire pit that currently is our home.

Tonight’s Whatnot live has been cancelled. It’s just too dang hot. I promise I’m saving y’all from a sore sight tonight. Nobody wants to suffer through watching me be a sweaty cranky mess.

In lieu of a live tonight, I’ll be having an Instagram stories sale Saturday night at 8pm EST. I’ll share sneaks throughout the day tomorrow. Kendall will be packing on Sunday, and packages from that sale will go out Monday/Tuesday.

Hopefully regularly programmed shows will resume on Monday night, but I’ll keep y’all updated. Fingers crossed.

A special shoutout to Found Vintage Co for the sweetest note + gift, and this perfect mini confiture pot! I’ve NEVER seen one this small. It has to be a train size or salesman sample. It’s staying in my collection forever (not in this spot, but it’ll work for now).

THIS WEEKEND | FALL OPEN HOUSE

Today I spent a few hours prepping my vendor space over at the cottage for open house this Saturday! I’ll be back bright and early tomorrow morning with a coffee in hand, a truck loaded down, and a playlist full of MWMH podcast episodes to listen to while I work.

I can’t wait to see it all come to life. 🎃🍂
