She's the Best!

To balance dark walls, I contrast them with creamy white cabinetry, trim and ceilings.

Beautiful! Finding sheets that really "Fit" these thicker mattresses is a challenge! What brand do you recommend for a 17" mattress? I'm finding that they say "for mattresses up to 17" are not adequate.

I'm sharing this to point out what goes on behind the scene when you order Custom Drapery, Bedding, Upholstery etc. from your favorite trusted Interior Designer! I could give you a little clip of the Wonderful Workroom I use, right here in Houston! You would be floored to see the creations my team of seamstresses make for some of the Top Designers in this part of the U.S. Estella learned how to make draperies, etc. after she gave up her dream to make Wedding Gowns! And her sister Maria is always smiling when I walk in with bolts of fabric for my next job!
And, oh! I almost forgot to mention.......If I bring blue fabric, she hugs it and says, "I'm going to cut this tonight!"

Chevron flooring continues to define many of today's most refined interiors for one reason:
It introduces movement without visual excess.
The angled geometry creates rhythm, direction, and architectural structure while maintaining material restraint.
In contemporary environments, designers often pair chevron compositions with:
— Natural stone
— Limewash and plaster walls
— Restrained tonal palettes
— Matte black architectural elements
— Soft contemporary furnishings
When executed correctly, the pattern becomes less decorative and more structural — integrating directly into the architecture of the space.
