As we approach the holidays we often get stressed and tired. So much preparation for parties or out of town guest. Shopping errands and running around! Whew!!

Take a moment and be mindful about what new items and objects you are bringing into your home. Clear out any old clutter or donate items before bringing in new things. Our clutter and personal objects are directly connected to our emotions. Objects can weigh us down emotionally, even if we don't think about it everyday. Ask yourself; "Is this object useful to me and my family?" No? Donate or recycle! Someone else will be GRATEFUL for it, especially this time of year.
Ring in the New Year with less clutter! Less is More!
