Welcome to the Pinnacle Lodging team, Elle!

A longtime Colorado lover, Elle made her way here from Chicago for college and decided the mountains were too good to leave. Now, she’s bringing her love of connection, adventure, and thoughtful hospitality to Pinnacle Lodging.

Outside of work, you’ll find her skiing, hiking, traveling, or relaxing by a lake with a good book. She’s always up for a new experience, and we’re excited to be part of this next one.

We’re excited to introduce Nicole, one of the newest members of our Pinnacle Modern team!

Nicole grew up in San Clemente, California, and brings a strong belief in relationships, trust, and collaboration to everything she does. She loves working alongside vendor partners and watching a home come to life from the ground up. For Nicole, there’s something pretty incredible about seeing what people can create together.

When she’s not working, she’s probably cheering on her son at a basketball game, spending time with family, or doing a little shopping.

We’re so happy to have you on the team, Nicole. Welcome to Pinnacle!

Meet Heather!

Originally from a tiny Idaho town of just 950 people, Heather followed her sister to Colorado and found a place where she feels right at home.

As part of TPC Operations, Heather lives by a simple motto: Choose Happiness. Whether she’s helping brighten someone’s day at work, hiking with her husband and dog, or snowboarding with her boys, she finds her happiest moments surrounded by people she loves and the beauty of the outdoors.

For Heather, time in nature is a chance to get away, recharge, and reconnect, and that spirit of happiness is something she hopes to share every day.
We’re grateful to have you on the team, Heather!

Five years with Pinnacle calls for a celebration!

To celebrate his 5-year work anniversary, Jake received $500 toward a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and he chose a pretty unforgettable one: his honeymoon!

The day after saying “I do,” Jake and his wife, who are both part of the Pinnacle family, headed to The Stanley Hotel for a chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy their first days as newlyweds.

We’re grateful for the five years Jake has dedicated to Pinnacle and love getting to celebrate the milestones that happen both at work and beyond it.

Cheers to 5 years, Jake, and to an exciting new chapter for the Wilsons! 🥂
