After 8 years, my chapter at KnB'S Marketplace has officially come to a close. What started as one small bookcase slowly grew into something I could have never imagined. Over the years, Imperfectly Perfect expanded four times into my final booth space, and I am incredibly proud of what I built, learned, and created along the way.
I’m proud not only of my growth as a small business owner, but also of the role I played in helping the shop grow. When the world paused during the pandemic, I stepped in as Marketing Director and created an online store and ran over 30 Facebook LIVES to help vendors continue selling. I helped grow our customer base, expanded our social media presence, created countless KnB Facebook posts, supported fellow vendors, and planned 21 open houses that brought so many wonderful people through the doors.
Most of all, I’m proud that I stayed true to myself through it all. Life has taught me to be intentional about the energy I surround myself with and to choose spaces that feel aligned, peaceful, and inspiring. Growth sometimes means honoring what feels right and stepping confidently into what’s next. To everyone who supported Imperfectly Perfect over the years, shopped my booth, shared a kind word, or cheered me on… thank you. You were part of this story, and I’ll always be grateful. This chapter may be closing, but I have a feeling the next one is going to be something special. Big things are coming! ✌🏻Jaime
