This project began with a “hello” back in January. Nine months of design, sourcing, permitting, and planning later - we’re finally standing in the space, ready to swing the first hammer.

Design Term of the Day: Cremone Bolt

Cremone hardware (or a cremone bolt) is an elegant, surface-mounted locking mechanism used for double doors and casement windows. Turning a central k**b or lever handle simultaneously slides two vertical rods into sockets at the top and bottom of the frame, securing the opening in one motion.
