s been driven by helping others. I had a long and rewarding 17-year career with the Nashville Fire Department. For as long as I can remember I have had a love for color and textures. Everything that fills a home that makes one feel. Feel joy, comfort, inspired, happy I could go on, but you get the idea. It wasn’t until the sale of our previous home in White House that I knew I was made for staging. I will bHie the first to say it was hard work, I had no one to assist me or guide me but I knew the importance of preparing our home for the almighty housing market. So, I got to work doing everything just right. (Even staging our closets) I knew our house had to be the best it could be in the competitive market. The photo day was all set up, our realtor Chasity Boehm with Haven Reality was on the way with her photographer. When the two walked in they asked for the name of my stager, could not believe I had done it all. It paid off. Our home sold for asking price one week before it was supposed to go live on MLS. The second potential buyer walked in and made the full listing price offer. The sale of our home inspired me to gain the knowledge of turning staging, my passion into doing what I love. Helping others and turning their dreams into actual reality whether it is the seller maximizing their profits for their next forever home or the buyers buying their forever home.
