The Cupboard Collective is a proud steward of butcher blocks from the Scotsman Co., Ben Napier's woodshop in Laurel, MS. All of the Scotsman Co. wooden products are made from American hardwoods and are designed to last a lifetime. A perfect addition to any kitchen and a great gift for your cooking dad!

• American Hardwood (Maple, Cherry, Walnut)
• Eased edge finish
• Large Rectangle with Juice Groove - 15.25″ x 20″ x 1.5″
• Medium Square with Juice Groove - 11.5" x 11.5" x 3"
• Large Round - 14.25" d x 3" h

Each piece is made from American Hardwood and will vary in grain pattern and color. These features make each piece unique, and we think that makes them even more special.

Does your dad need a sharpener to keep his knives in tip-top shape? Why, of course, he does! The Cupboard Collective carries Horl Sharpeners, made in Germany to the highest of specifications. It is a rolling type of sharpener with a sharpening end and a honing end. It comes with a magneted wood block that safely holds the blade at either a 15° or 20° angle allowing for precise sharpening. Available in walnut or oak.

I'm always looking for safe, effective, eco-friendly and sustainable options in all aspects of my consumption, not the least of which are my cleaning tools and products. Who would've thought wool would be able to be used as a dish sponge?!

Benefits:

*No tearing or crumbling away.

In the spirit of hospitality and sharing what we have, the children's book, Always Room For One More, is a sweet story of a Scotsman, his wife, and their ten wee bairns who live in a "wee house in the heather". They welcome travelers on a stormy night, feed them, and make jolly. How his grateful guests say "Thank you" provides a warm ending to this tale of kindness.
