New (to me) EGG. Seller said it's a Kamado Joe but Joe people claim it's not. Very dark green (almost black). It's same size as a Big Green Egg Large. I think it'll be handy for smaller/faster cooks like burgers or fish.

It got hot quickly with B&B (green bag) and burgers done in 10 minutes. 😋

"Pretty good" BBQ made on your own smoker (with your own preference of rub) - ALWAYS wins against overpriced and underflavored excuses for Que. I now refuse to walk into a place without scouring the reviews. I even try to check out the reviewer to see if he knows what he's talking about.

Life is way too short for flavorless food, especially BBQ!😅

As I am always looking for new ways to keep myself busy I've been working settting up a new little shop for a new BBQ related business.

It's a sharpening service for kitchen cutlery, pocket and hunting knives, and even yard tools (like Axes and Hoes).

If you are like me I had a drawer full of expensive kitchen knives and they were always dull! Those little hand sharpeners just weren't cutting it (HA).
