We are looking for some help at our shop to build storefront frames. We will provide training but we NEED someone willing to learn and follow instruction. You MUST have a drivers license as this position will involve making deliveries to the job site and picking up supplies as needed.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Provide excellent customer relations to General contractors and manage multiple construction jobs.

DUTIES:
Communicate with field guys every morning to give them their schedule and ensure they have what they need for the day.
- Follow up with field guys at the end of the day to prepare for needed materials for the next day.
- Schedule our man power with General Contractors and communicate daily reports.
- Be onsite to ensure our field team is installing materials per new installation booklet and conforms to the SHOP DRAWINGS and ARCHITECTURALS. Communicate the installation with GC and Foreman.
- Communicate written daily reports with PM team, of field team’s progress to assure they are on projected schedule.
- Obtain ALL field measurements for PM team on frames and glass (give glass sizes).
- Any changes or extra work on job sites must be requested in writing to PM before work is performed.
Make efficient use of the manpower. We work smarter not harder to finish jobs on time.
- Retain detailed and accurate email communication with all GCs on all jobs.
- Company truck is available.
OTHER responsibilities as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; exceptional skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Email, online research as required.
- Ability to effectively communicate via email and telephone with others with focus on documenting all communications.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, architectural plans, and architectural specifications.
- Multi-tasking skills, organization, excellent time management, keeping constant deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Must have proven experience: please write how many years of experience you have in your cover letter or objective.
