I did some serious soul searching after being laid off from my "big job" managing office buildings. I decided three years ago that I no longer wanted to work for anyone else and started my Tupperware business. Working with hostesses, consultants, and my leadership team has not only given me confidence to be a "leader", but has allowed me to utilize the job tasks I'm best at. I have an organized, efficient office in my home and go to work every day with flexibility and MUCH less stress!
