Individual Egg Tortilla

Spinach, egg, skim milk, and a little cheese, seasoned with salt and pepper. Baked at 350 until the eggs were cooked and tortilla crispy. Easy and very tasty. Not low fat but very balanced.

Rethink Oatmeal

Savory...not sweet Oatmeal doesn't have to be a sweet meal. I've always hated oatmeal because I only ate it as a sweet dish with cinnamon. When I started making it a savory dish, my attitude toward oatmeal changed. This breakfast is oatmeal cooked in turkey broth, with lean ground turkey, and a slice of fat free cheese.

I added some ghost 🌶️ sauce on top.
