Can I just say how frustrating scammers are for small businesses? 😑

It’s not only about whether they actually get money from you. It’s the fact that afterward, every genuine inquiry makes you hesitate for a second and wonder, ‘Is this real?’

I had what looked like a wonderful large order come through today, and as the conversation went on, things started not adding up. Thankfully I caught it before any money, product, or personal information was exchanged.

But man… it stinks that dishonest people make small businesses question the sincerity of perfectly good customers. We WANT to be excited when you message us. We WANT to trust that an order is an order.

So, scammers: kindly go find a hobby. 😂

And to my real customers who support this little farm and trust me to make things for you — I appreciate y’all! 🤍💙🤍

Y’all! How sweet is this?! 🥹 I’m so grateful for this farm and homesteading community and for the way small businesses cheer each other on. What a blessing. 💕

Sometimes I stop and think about how many different things fit into one ordinary day around here. 😅 Growing, harvesting and arranging flowers. Herbs. Apothecary. Animals. Labels. Packaging. Marketing. Opening, stocking and closing the stand every day. Family. Home. All of it.

And I’m so thankful for it, because I prayed for this life. 💕

It’s a whole lot of work, but it’s also such a blessing to get to build a life around the things I love.

With that said, I’m taking a little time off to enjoy some family time. The stand will be stocked today, tomorrow and Monday, then Fruit Of Her Hands will be closed September 2–13 and will reopen Monday, September 14.

I’m looking forward to a little family time, and I’ll be ready to get back to all the flowers and all the things when I return. 🤍💙🤍

Y’all these sweet messages sure meant a lot to me. 🤍
I’m just so thankful y’all have trusted me enough to try what I’ve been making, and it blesses me to hear that it’s been a comfort and a help. Every kind word, every purchase, and every bit of support means so much to this little business of mine. Truly grateful. 🤍💙🤍

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about skincare, aging, and what I really want Fruit of Her Hands Apothecary to be about.

I’ve struggled with very dry skin for as long as I can remember. My hands have always looked older than I am, and growing up people definitely noticed. 😬

That’s part of why I care so much about making products that actually feel good on the skin — things that soak in, nourish, soften, and leave skin looking healthy and alive.

I don’t believe skincare has to be about chasing perfection or pretending we’re all 25. Although, if somebody figures out how to bottle that, I’ll listen. 😉😂

What I do believe in is thoughtfully made botanical skincare for healthy-looking skin at every age — nourishing herbal infusions, beautiful oils, antioxidants, and carefully chosen ingredients that help skin feel soft, supple, comfortable, and luminous.

Whether you’re taking care of young skin, caring for changing skin, or just wanting a little more glow, I want Fruit of Her Hands Apothecary to feel like it was made for you.

Healthy skin. Graceful aging. Real botanicals. No pretending.
