This week has been full of beautiful red, white & blue quilts & today I had the pleasure of machine stitching down the binding of this one with a little something extra 😍

I stitched the binding onto the back of the quilt first, and then as I stitched it to the quilt top (using my favorite Baby Lock USA & Canada foot - the binding foot) I simply tucked some 3/4" ric rac in! The results are ADORABLE!

There's a shark attack at the shop! This collection from is so fun! We have a few more panels to sew your own shark, and more panels to make your own draw string bags, too. We're gonna need a bigger boat!
