Est stated in that bumbling real I just did symptoms and types of stress hit us all differently but if we try to group them together we might understand them better. 1-our bodies release stress hormone cortisol and adrenaline which are released when we feel anxious, often referred to as the fight or flight syndrome. 2-The physiological side of stress links to mental health issues which can be a turning course for more stress and even physical symptoms creating a vicious ongoing cycle. Symptoms of stress can be broken down into three major categories which include both physical and psychological elements the first his feelings were you may feel aggression, impatient, overburden anxious, afraid, nervous, depressed ,uninterested, neglected or lonely. The second is behavior which could be lead to difficulty making decisions, constant worrying, avoiding situation, snapping at people, unable to concentrate, nailbiting, smoking drinking or taking drugs, crying.
The last is the physical part of stress difficulty breathing, panic attacks, muscle tension, blurred vision, trouble sleeping, tiredness, headaches, high blood pressure, indigestion and heartburn, and dizziness. If I do not start my day off with CBD I find letting go of the kitchen chair next to impossible, I end up crying and begging for my friend to bring me down to the shop
