I am so excited you guys! My Pampered Chef director just texted me and said that I'm only $39 in sales away from my First Rapid Rewards for new P.C. Consultants!

I thought it might be a good time to talk about Pampered Chef's Giving Back program!

Do you have a Church or work Christmas party, family coming or just like to bake?

When my daughter Kristen was a little girl, I made these delicious Chocolate-Almond Tarts every year. I would have to hide them or she would make herself sick!
Her Junior year in High School I came in from work to find Kristen, her sister, and one of their friends CLIMBING so they could see into the top cabinets and my closet!
I informed them there were no presents in either place. Kristen turned and looked at me with the most serious look on her face and said "Mom, I'm not looking for presents. There are almond tarts in this house somewhere! I know because I smelled them baking after I went to bed last night! Now, just hand them over and no one will get hurt!"
I had to get them out & give them to her. AFTER I finished laughing!
I thought I would share the recipe with you guys!
I've also added a couple mpre of MY favorite cookies too!

We LOVE breakfast for dinner! Homemade waffles in my Waffle Stick Pan are a family favorite! Put out warm syrup, melted butter, fresh fruit and homemade whipped cream (see recipe below!) for a fun twist!

Homemade Whipped Cream

1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons confectioners sugar, honey, or
sugar free maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla or other flavorings or liquors

Instructions

Place your Pamperd Chef Classic Batter Bowl and Silicone Coated Whisk in the freezer for at least 20 minutes to chill.

Pour heavy whipping cream, sugar and vanilla into the cold bowl & whisk until medium to stiff peaks form, about 5 minutes.

Notes

For stabilized whipped cream that will hold longer in the refrigerator, add 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar to your fresh whipping cream along with the confectioner’s sugar.
