Party cake cookies that taste just like a delicious piece of yellow cake with fluffy white frosting. They are so good! Someone told me they were “amazing” but you’ll have to swing into or .brewmb to try one! I am an extract snob. I spend a lot of money on high end, good quality emulsions and extracts because I hate fake tasting ones. Thanks to for always providing delicious emulsions for my baked goods! These cookies showcase the cake batter emulsion. Check Amoretti out!

Much loved strawberry pop tarts have found their way into one of my cookies. With pop tarts, real strawberries and amoretti strawberry emulsion these cookies are strawberry heaven. A pretty frosting and some sprinkles makes them the best part of your day! Find them and !

Baking is my passion! I would do it whether I had zero followers or hundreds of thousands. In my free time I think of things I want to try and I still HAND WRITE my ideas in my notebook. I appreciate social media and some of the cool things I’ve been blessed with because of it but in the end … I’m just me… “the cookie lady,” wife to the love of my life and mom to my kids. I’ve been blessed much more than I deserve in this life! I want to give a big heart felt THANK YOU to all the locals who buy my items and take the time to write me and tell me you think what I made is “the best you ever had!” So even though you’ll never see me post myself doing crazy things, acting like I have it all together or posting my perfect baking day…. Yeah right…know when I meet any of you face to face… that is the best thing to me. I’m building my business the old fashioned way…by meeting people, listening to them and doing my best to let my customers know I sincerely appreciate them ❤️. Gettysburg is the best for small business owners and I love the community spirit we have . If I can’t do something… you better believe I’m referring them to someone else in our local area who can and perhaps better than me. Have a good day friends!

It’s true… sometimes I make other things…delicious things…not cookie, brownie, bun or cake things! Had a craving for some homemade pizza …so here you have it. I used some of my very favorite things in this….LODGE pizza pan, DANO’s Italiano seasoning and OLIO of Lititz, PA Parmesan herb EVOO! All of these things are awesome, amazing, and definitely some of my favs!

It’s as good as it looks. Sweet heat jalapeños, crisp bacon, Dano’s jalapemo cheesoning, everything bagel topping and lots of triple cheddar blend cheese. Basically like therapy in bread form! I feel guilty so I’m not going to say how many pieces I ate before bed🤪!
