Good afternoon!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday with loved ones and now you are well rested after the holiday season. Nick and Abbi were here in Gettysburg with us and we couldn't have asked for a better gift.
Also, I apologize for not posting a lot but life sort of gets in the way. I'm sure everyone can relate to that, right?

Good Morning!!
I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving and you were wearing your "stretchy pants" for dinner!

There is a little clip put from our local news regarding a shopping program Gettysburg is doing during the holiday shopping season.

Good morning, Friends!!

I hope everyone is doing wonderfully and enjoying the start of the autumn season.

It has been such a long time since I've posted anything and I do apologize for that! I will catch up with everyone very soon, but today I want to share some photos and other information about what is going on in beautiful Adams County.

First, I want to thank those that continue to stay in touch. It means a lot to me and it validates what I've always said that the friends I've made in my store are the best part of the business.

Good afternoon!!

I hope everyone is well and enjoying some great weather today no matter where you are! It may reach 60 degrees today here in beautiful Gettysburg. Woo hoo!

Attached is an informative and fun video for anyone planning to visit Gettyburg or for anyone else that may be interested in seeing some of the spots in town. Of course there is way too much to do here to be covered in one video, but here is an example of a few. They are also some of my own personal favorites.

Among some of the places they visit in town is The Dobbin House, which is my favorite place to eat. The Tavern downstairs is so cozy and a great place to take a friend for lunch and a mug of yummy apple cider. I always say it is more than just a dinner, but an experience! Of course, I love the decor!

You will also be introduced to some of the great museums here in Gettysburg including The Shriver House Museum. Congratulations to my friend Abbie Hoffman for her new position as director of there. This is a "must see" tour when in town. There is also a great little gift shop here. I've been called A Groupie due to the many times I've visited it!

🎊 HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE! 🎊

I hope you all had a terrific Christmas and received everything you hoped for. I got the best gift ever: Ron, Nick, Abbi and I were all in the same place to celebrate together!!

So, the shop at 240 Steinwehr Avenue is cleaned out, put away in storage and the inventory is waiting to move into the new location.

A huge thank you to our wonderful friends that have helped us clean out the shop. None it it could have happened the way it did without you. Also, thank you to those that have already offered to lend a hand when I am ready to move into Heartfelt History's location. We have been surrounded by such a great people not only here in Gettysburg but also in CT. Each and every one of you have been a part of this journey with me and all of your support and help is never forgotten.

I am excited for this next chapter but it will take a bit of time. Your patience is greatly appreciated while I tend to a few things before reopening and I will definitely announce when I am up and running again.

Enjoy the day off and let's all travel into the new year with minds full of positivity, hearts full of love, and hopes for a wonderful 2025!
