Before you jump into a purchase.

When choosing new flooring, Don’t place all of your priority on the savings and cost of the material. Even though it is nice to save. Flooring itself is only one part of the investment.

***THE REAL VALUE is also in the customer service, responding to text or phone calls, project management, preparation, craftsmanship, and quality of the installation. Some installers will take more time with preparation, handling of the materials, placement of specific boards, etc..

You can purchase an expensive, beautiful flooring product, but if the project is poorly managed or the installation fails, the price you paid for that flooring won’t matter very much.

Unfortunately, installation problems aren’t always easy to fix. In some cases, homeowners end up living with imperfections. In more serious cases, portions of the floor, or even the entire installation, may need to be removed and replaced.

That’s why choosing a flooring contractor shouldn’t come down to price alone.

Unfortunately, some people just prefer to “learn the hard way”. In rare cases, you might get lucky and get taken care of. However, in other cases you may end up with the short end of the stick…

Put value on the people installing your floor.
Put value on how your project will be managed.
Put value on the service you’ll receive if something needs attention.

Aromatic Cedar, most commonly used as a natural repellent for storage areas, including master, walk-in closet, closets. Aromatic cedar is usually installed on walls and shelving, but it can also be installed on your closet floors.
However, you should do your own research, so you will understand the nature of this material. Part of that nature, it is very rugged, it also scratches very easy. Not really meant for its beauty, but more for its natural repellents to insects and rodents.

Need your floors repaired?

When issues develop with newly installed flooring—whether immediately or several years later—it’s critical that repairs are done correctly. Improper repairs can lead to recurring problems or even more severe damage over time.

Floor failures can occur for several reasons, but one of the most common and often overlooked causes is product incompatibility with the installation environment.

For example, this floor is a 6 mm WPC (wood plastic composite) luxury vinyl plank. The core material is PVC-based, which makes it more susceptible to heat-related movement when exposed to direct sunlight—such as from large exterior windows. In this type of environment, a thicker product (7 mm or greater) with an SPC (stone plastic composite) core would typically perform better and tolerate higher temperatures more effectively.

Unfortunately, many homeowners invest significant money into new flooring only to receive inaccurate guidance during the selection process. Over time, this can result in premature failure and costly repairs—situations I see far too often.

Our goal is to educate and guide clients so they can make informed decisions from the start. While no professional is perfect, years of hands-on experience allow me to provide honest, practical recommendations that greatly improve the odds of long-term success.
