We present a clear scope of work and design fee details.

Behind closed doors…
This hidden coffee cabinet is the ultimate quiet luxury…perfectly tucked away in custom cabinetry. Our favorite part? The countertop is inset so when the cabinet is closed it disappears completely. Every detail designed for ease, elegance, and that first perfect pour.

We work on A lot of waterfront homes and they are all very different.
Which is your favorite?

P- 1 & 2
Poulsbo:
Warm modern Coastal aesthetic—clean, airy, and functional with subtle nautical influences.
Interior: A neutral warm palette, warm, earthy tones (deep greens and rich taupes.
Materials: walnut cabinets with quartzite countertops, and wide-plank pine or whitewashed wood floors.
Furnishings: Mid-century-inspired wood furniture, Leather loungers, and lush velvety upholstered sofas.

P. 3 & 4
Raft Island: Warm Modern Beach House
Raft Island offers secluded waterfront properties with stunning Puget Sound views, making a Warm Modern style ideal for blending luxury with nature.
Interior: A warm, organic palette (soft whites, earthy beiges, light grays) complemented by reclaimed wood beams, concrete floors.
The refined, natural aesthetic highlights waterfront views while maintaining a cozy, Pacific Northwest feel.

P 5 & 6
Fox Island Coastal Chic Beach House
Fox Island is known for its upscale, historic coastal charm, making Coastal Chic the perfect balance of sophistication and relaxed living.
Interior: A soft, breezy color palette of whites, ocean blues, and driftwood grays, complemented by vintage and contemporary coastal elements.
Materials: White-painted cabinetry, quartzite or honed marble countertops, and bleached oak flooring.

P 7, 8 & 9 Gig Harbor
A modern beach house with pops of color and classic style feels fresh but never trendy, bright but never chaotic. It’s about timeless shapes, natural materials, and the occasional bold touch—Crisp white and navy cabinets, a splashy piece of abstract art—to energize the calm.
