I think the American flag and flowers is just the perfect color combination. I knew I wanted to have some poppies in there, the rest just came as I painted along.

Spent the afternoon making pocket prayers to restock the booth.
They make a great little gift for someone who needs encouragement or just a reminder that God is with them. Inside is a small wooden cross that you can feel when you need that moment with Jesus, and a Bible verse is on the outside.
I hope to have them at The Byrd’s Nest this coming Saturday.
